Lower Back Exercises and Stretches
For those with chronic lower back pain of a dull nature without any sharp pain:
These stretches and exercises can be done everyday.
Two sets of each will take less than 10 or 15 minutes.
For those with
significant restriction of motion or function:
ALWAYS DO THE STANDING LEG EXTENSION FIRST. Also, DO NOT DO the side plank.
Only do 1 set of these, but twice a day (morning and evening).
Rest with your feet up on a chair and always sleep with a cushion between your knees.
